The building is an office tower located at 89 Lang Ha Street. It is a commercial office project with a limited height of 108 meters (subject to static agreement), comprising 3 basement levels for parking, a 7-story podium, and a 20-story tower raised above the podium by 2 mechanical floors.
Situated at a strategically important intersection, Lang Ha and Thai Ha, on a land area of approximately 2,770 square meters, the design adheres to the building setback regulations, with a 10-meter setback from the road for Lang Ha Street and a 6-meter setback for Thai Ha Street. Furthermore, a 5-meter wide fire access lane is maintained for access to the rear of the building. The project includes two main vehicular entrances to the basement, as well as two restricted gates (with instructions) for passenger drop-off at the main entrance of the office tower and a separate entrance for the bank area.
Due to the traffic organization and the location of the intersection, the north-facing aspect of the building has been carefully considered to serve as the main façade, emphasizing a continuous block design that exudes strength, grandeur, modernity, simplicity, and elegance. This contributes to the creation of a modern urban landscape that harmonizes with the surrounding structures.
