The development is an Office Tower, designed as a modern Grade A office space with permanence and quality reflecting both energy and management efficiency as well as efficient space planning. The tower is designed both functionally and visually to be well integrated with the South Saigon Commercial Complex (Vivocity) in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 7. South Saigon Commercial Complex is a mix-use development comprising a Retail Mall, 3 Office Towers and 2 Serviced Apartment Towers co-joined by a common Podium.
In Phase 1 of this office development, the foundations including piling works, Basement 1 and Basement Mezzanine floors plus the Ground Floor Slab were already constructed with the Retail Mall construction package. The architectural design has to be well planned to take into consideration the succeeding phases of office buildings (Phase 2 & 3) development as well as the serviced apartments.
The facade is designed to give the office building its own visibility and identity within the surrounding South Saigon Commercial Complex development. Generally, high performance glass curtain walling system and aluminium louvers characterize the building’s envelope.
