The height of the buildings varies from 2 to 20 storeys, with a Central Green buffer of the Master Plan acting as the lungs of the development. Dedicated parks and green buffer zones not only provide places for recreation, but create lush green belts in-between buildings and along the main roads. The green belts also provide support for the developments infrastructural service corridors and the varied tree species lining the belts also form spreading canopies providing shade to both motorists and pedestrians alike.
